3.1 One Account Rule

Each person may hold only one 333 x account. This applies across all devices, browsers, and payment methods. If 333 x identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings attributed to duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

3.3 Account Security

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

5.2 Wagering Requirements Before Withdrawal

Real money deposits may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC completion. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus was issued. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the applicable wagering requirement will result in the bonus amount and associated winnings being forfeited, while the original deposit amount remains withdrawable.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Only one active deposit bonus may be held on an account at any one time. Activating a new bonus before completing the wagering on an existing bonus will cancel the existing bonus.
• Bonus funds are distinct from real money funds. Real money is used first when placing bets, followed by bonus funds.

Accounts found to be abusing promotions will have their bonuses cancelled and may be permanently closed.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used within their stated validity period expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any winnings from expired bonus funds are forfeited. The expiry period is stated on each individual promotion page on the 333 x website.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed at 333 x:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change before placement is confirmed — you will be shown the updated price and given the option to accept or decline before the bet is confirmed.
• Bets are void if an event is cancelled or postponed beyond the rescheduling window defined by 333 x for that sport. Stakes are returned for void bets.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. 333 x reserves the right to void in-play bets that were placed after the outcome of the relevant event was known or should reasonably have been known.
